What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the data you provide: name, company name, email address, project type, timeline, budget range, and project description. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels.
How we use it
Submitted data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential collaboration. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Form processing
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party service that delivers form data to our email. Formspree's privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) are processed for security and performance purposes only. Vercel's privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Your rights (GDPR)
Under EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email aleks@studioallur.com — we'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Inquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months unless an active client relationship begins, in which case data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Slovenian tax and accounting law.
Complaints
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may file a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner: ip-rs.si
